White label or done for you: which should my coaching program offer?
A white label gives your students software to learn; done for you gives them names to call. Many programs keep both, because they serve different students.
What a white label gives students
A white label is data software with your brand on it. Students log in, set filters, pull lists and decide what to send.
It suits the student who likes the digging. That student learns the market by searching it.
For everyone else, the software is one more thing to learn before the first call.
What done for you gives students
Done for you skips the searching. Each week the student gets a short list of the owners in their county most likely to sell.
On FirstPulse that list is ranked against the owners who actually sold there. The student works it, or FirstPulse mails it for them.
Side by side
| Question | White label software | Done for you (FirstPulse) |
|---|---|---|
| Who pulls the list each week | Your students | FirstPulse |
| What students have to learn | The software and its filters | Nothing |
| Who sends the marketing | Your students | FirstPulse, or the student |
| Whose name is on it | Yours | Yours, powered by FirstPulse |
| Who it suits | Students who want to run their own searches | Students who want homeowners to call |
Why many programs keep both
Done for you replaces nothing. Students keep the software they already use, your white label included.
FirstPulse adds the weekly list and the marketing beside it. A student can search on their own and still get the Pulse Drop.
Your affiliate deals stay too.
How to decide
Look at what your students do in their first month.
If most of them log in and build lists, the software is working for them. Keep it.
If most of them stall before the first letter goes out, give them names to call instead of more to learn.
Whichever you offer, tell students about timing early. The honest window before a first deal is 60 to 90 days, and plenty take longer.

Questions
Is this a white label?
No. Your people get a service under your name, powered by FirstPulse. Nothing to learn and no filters to set.
Do students have to drop the software they use?
No. They keep PropStream, their CRM and your white label. FirstPulse is the part that’s done for them.
What can I control?
Your price, your cadence, your creative and your voice. FirstPulse runs it.
Can my students buy FirstPulse without me?
No. FirstPulse is sold only through partners, and someone who starts on your link is yours.
Add the part that’s done for them
Keep your software. Tell Josh about your program and he’ll call you.
